THE ROLE

As Customer Experience & Sales Supervisor, you’ll be at the heart of our retail operation, ensuring that every customer interaction is first-class. You’ll be driving sales, promoting our loyalty scheme, and making sure that every visitor leaves with a great experience (and hopefully a few extra purchases!).

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

• Customer Engagement: Providing exceptional service, making product recommendations, and ensuring every visitor enjoys the “Sunshine experience.”
• Team Leadership: Supervising and inspiring a mix of experienced full-time team members and newer part-time staff to deliver excellent service.
• Sales & Upselling: Encouraging customers to explore our fantastic product range
• Loyalty Scheme Growth: Promoting and signing up customers to our loyalty program to boost repeat business.
• Operational Excellence: Ensuring efficiency, professionalism, and a welcoming atmosphere for every customer.
