TENNIS RANCH ALL SPORTS operating in Gladesville, NSW is looking for a highly motivated, passionate individual to join the business in the leadership role of Retail Manager.
The position is responsible for monitoring the overall performance and operations of our store, ensuring that maximum sales, profit, and customer satisfaction are achieved through effective handling, pricing and inventory control. Organises and controls the operations of a retail trading establishment.

You will be reporting to the Director and the job description includes but is not limited to.

  • Maintain effective day-to-day store operations and determine the level of stock for smooth sales and service standards. Organise and control the operations of a retail trading establishment
  • Responsible for overseeing the shop accounts, to ensure all financial transactions are recorded as per the compliance and regulatory requirements.
  • Proactively plan and direct outstanding customer service and sustain sound client relations.
  • Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with customers with confidence and promote the sale of products.
  • Ability to recruit, coach and develop your own store team for a safe, equal opportunity and positive store environment.
  • Drive store success with industry analysis recommended targets, use strategies, and assign regular duties to achieve the financial targets at the workplace. Awards performance persists as a KPI.
  • Enthusiasm and ability to coach and motivate your team to succeed in an ever-changing environment
  • Strong financial judgement with the ability to drive sales and meet targets.

ABOUT THE APPLICANT:

  • Seeking store manager individual with a strong attitude of learning with leadership skills at the prime inner west area.
  • As a personable individual with effective communication and influencing skills, you’ll thrive in our environment, supporting various tasks in-store, and contributing to its success.
  • Having one-year or more previous work experience in the same or similar role, friendly customer service skills, and easily interacting with team members.
  • Ability to operate Microsoft.
  • No previous reported injuries, clean police records.
