THE ROLE:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Retail Shop Manager to lead our bakery and giftware operations. You will oversee day to day shop activities, manage a team, and ensure that both our bakery products and gift items are presented in an engaging and profitable way.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead, inspire, and manage a small retail team, ensuring excellent customer service at all times.
• Oversee daily bakery operations, including stock management, ordering, and quality control.
• Drive sales by merchandising bakery products and giftware effectively to maximize customer engagement.
• Plan and execute seasonal displays and promotions for both bakery products and gift items.
• Monitor and manage inventory, minimizing wastage while ensuring product availability.
• Train staff on product knowledge, customer engagement, and sales techniques.
• Maintain high standards of health, safety, and hygiene in the shop.
