About the Role The Watch Dealers is seeking a permanent full-time Retail Manager to lead operations at our Robina location. This role is pivotal in overseeing the day-to-day running of the store, ensuring exceptional customer service, driving sales performance, and leading a motivated team. Duties and Responsibilities · Overseeing day-to-day activities of the retail store. · Leading and directing staff, including recruitment, scheduling, training, and performance management. · Creating and enforcing policies and procedures to optimise operational efficiency. · Tracking and evaluating sales performance and financial metrics. · Managing financial operations, including budgeting and preparing reports. · Building and maintaining supplier partnerships, including negotiation of terms and pricing. · Executing marketing strategies and promotional campaigns to increase customer engagement and retention. · Handling customer complaints while maintaining exceptional service standards. · Adhering to and enforcing safety protocols to ensure workplace health and safety compliance. Skills and Qualifications · Minimum of a Diploma-level qualification in Retail Management or at least three years of relevant experience. · At least 1 year of relevant experience in a retail management discipline. · Strong leadership and people management skills. · Proven experience in sales and customer service. · Ability to manage financial and operational aspects of a store. · Commitment to workplace safety and compliance standards.
