Job Details Job Location: Tennessee - Franklin, TN 37067 Salary Range: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 Salary/year Responsibilities: Managing retail stores, including store operations, strategic planning, event planning, loss prevention, and budgeting/expense controls. Deliver Exceptional Customer Service and handle all customer service-related issues. Hiring, training, and supervision of store teams with an emphasis on safety and development of store personnel for additional growth and responsibilities. Execution of key retail metrics to standards including Sales Targets, Conversion, Address Capture, Email Conversion, and Customer Service scores. P&L management, including top-line and bottom-line performance. Specific emphasis on managing labor, refunds, total gross margin, and supplies within budget. Assist in setting marketing and merchandising strategy and ensure high level of execution. Maintaining execution of sales audit controls in all stores, including daily paperwork, receiving/returns, inventory controls, and other paperwork. Maintaining the display and layout of merchandise. Executing physical Inventory controls. Execution of Human Resources initiatives and compliance. Responsible for maintaining staff motivation. Oversee product ordering & inventory replenishment. Plan and execute store events. Some travel required. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Qualifications/Requirements 7+ years of retail management experience required Organized, detail-oriented self-starter with the ability to push through projects and deliverables after being given necessary instruction. Strong interpersonal communication, organizational, and analytical skills Experience with firearms or in a security environment Highly motivated and able to work independently and under pressure Ability to learn new software and systems quickly. Positive attitude and willingness and ability to work a flexible schedule Any experience with SAP Business One is a plus but not required.
