The Opportunity
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Retail Manager to lead our Cannington showroom. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate retail professional who thrives in a hands-on leadership role and is eager to drive business growth, inspire a team, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team
· Manage daily store operations, including inventory, merchandising, and visual presentation
· Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve targets
· Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve customer queries effectively
· Maintain store policies, procedures, and compliance standards
· Coordinate promotional activities and seasonal campaigns
· Prepare reports and liaise with senior management on business performance
About You
· Hold an Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma, Diploma or have at least 3 years of relevant experience. Strong leadership and team development skills
· Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
· A proactive, sales-driven mindset with strong business acumen
· Strong experience with POS systems and inventory
· Expertise in retail operations, visual merchandising and reporting
· Availability to work weekends and public holidays as required
