Who are you?

• Proven manager with 4+ years’ experience in retail management;
• Experience and/or passion for interior design;
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral;
• Exceptional organizational skills with task prioritization, multi-tasking, and strong time management;
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
• Ability to work with little supervision;
• Ability to lift 50 pounds unassisted;
• Comfortable with heights and climbing ladders;
• Available to work Monday to Friday, daytime and evening, and daytime Saturday and Sunday (40 hours weekly)

• Lead by example through a client-driven attitude by providing exceptional service;
• Ensure each client receives an elite Area Rug Shop experience, through training and coaching;
• Possess design expertise and excellent product knowledge in the industry;
• Communicate accurate and detailed product information to employees and assist in the sales process;
• Ensure day-to-day operations and delegate effectively to meet deadlines;
• Participate in inventory management and reception of goods;
• Ensure showroom cleanliness is maintained, and trending products are highlighted;
• Other duties as required
