THE ROLE OF THE RETAIL MANAGER

You’ll support the Store Manager and lead a high-performing team in a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment. Your role will focus on people leadership, performance management, and operational excellence - with clear progression opportunities into Store Management.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE RETAIL MANAGER

• Support the Store Manager in delivering KPIs: sales, shrinkage, and wage control
• Drive exceptional customer service and team engagement
• Oversee stock control, merchandising, and compliance standards
• Ensure Health & Safety procedures are always followed
• Analyse store data to identify areas for improvement and growth
