What is the role?
We’re seeking a Retail Marketing Coordinator to join our Brisbane Head Office.
This role drives Lorna Jane’s retail success by delivering impactful campaigns, seamless store openings and effective centre partnerships. It supports brand consistency and business growth by ensuring all marketing initiatives are executed with precision, innovation and customer focus within the VM team.
What You’ll be doing
AS OUR RETAIL MARKETING COORDINATOR YOU’LL:
- Act as the key contact for all print and collateral requirements, managing supplier and centre marketing relationships.
- Brief, develop and deliver creative concepts for events, promotions, campaigns, and store marketing.
- Coordinate timelines, logistics and approvals to ensure collateral and campaign execution is on brand and on time.
- Maintain global collateral packs and store marketing assets to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Drive sustainable and innovative print and collateral solutions aligned to Lorna Jane’s brand values.
- Lead end-to-end marketing for store openings, refits, relocations and closures, including creative, activations and listings.
- Manage in-store, external and digital screen content to support retail strategies, engagement and conversion.
- Track and confirm centre marketing activity, strengthening partnerships to maximise awareness and traffic.
