Retail Marketing Executive (12 month contract), Welwyn Garden City, Up to £35K
We are looking for an experienced Retail Marketing Executive to join this award-winning creative experience agency. This role is initially a 12-month maternity cover, with the potential for a permanent, full-time position depending on business requirements.
This Retail Marketing Executive manage a portfolio of clients and deliver revenue on marketing campaigns across multiple channels. You will be responsible for project managing the campaign through creating, planning, budgeting, implementing and evaluating all scheduled activity.

Key responsibilities of this Retail Marketing Executive are:

• Manage multi-dimensional “In-Store” marketing campaigns with precision, creativity, and flair.
• Foster invaluable relationships with key stakeholders across clients, ensuring flawless execution and client satisfaction.
• Dive into creative process; take, shape & deliver comprehensive briefs and liaise with creative colleagues.
• Manage margins, understand what affects them and upsell accounts where possible.
• Understand how costs impact client budgets and be able to discuss next steps with client.

The requirements of this Retail Marketing Executive:

• A degree or equivalent in a relevant subject and/or project management experience.
• Background in Project Management or similar roles like Account Manager / Campaign Manager, ideally in a similar agency environment
• Professional communications and multitasking prowess.
• Mastery in campaign reporting, financial acumen, and advanced IT literacy.
• A confident self-starter with a passion for excellence and creativity.
• UK driving license and use of a car to travel to client sites.
• Flexibility to work some weekends and out of usual office hours.
