Description

The B2B Retail Marketing Executive will be responsible for building and executing marketing strategies to promote the Thomsun Group Building Material brand within various retail shops in the UAE. This role will focus on driving brand awareness, increasing product visibility, and building strong relationships with retail partners. The executive will work closely with retail teams, distributors, and other business stakeholders to achieve marketing and sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement B2B marketing strategies tailored to various retail shops in the UAE to enhance brand presence and drive sales of Thomsun Building Material products.
  • Analyze the local market, understand customer needs, and create marketing campaigns that resonate with retailers and end customers.
  • Build strong, long-lasting relationships with retail partners and distributors to ensure effective execution of marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with retail managers to ensure the correct product placements, promotions, and displays are implemented across retail stores.
  • Provide retail partners with the necessary support (e.g., marketing materials, product knowledge) to ensure effective promotion of the Thomsun Building Material brand.
  • Drive brand awareness through various B2B marketing channels, such as digital marketing, events, trade shows, and in-store promotions.
  • Plan and execute campaigns to introduce new products, promotions, and product information to retail partners.
  • Work with retail partners to design and implement in-store point-of-sale (POS) marketing materials, signage, and product displays.
  • Conduct market research to understand trends, customer preferences, and competitive analysis within the building materials industry.
  • Use insights from market research to develop targeted marketing initiatives and adapt strategies based on changing market conditions.
  • Create compelling marketing content, such as brochures, product presentations, email campaigns, and social media content, aimed at retail audiences.
  • Ensure the content aligns with the Thomsun Building Material brand and effectively communicates product benefits.
  • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and retail strategies using KPIs, sales data, and feedback from retail partners.
  • Provide regular reports to the Marketing Manager on the performance of retail marketing initiatives, and recommend adjustments to improve outcomes.
  • Plan and organize events, exhibitions, and trade shows to promote the Thomsun Building Material brand in collaboration with retail partners.
  • Support the retail team in organizing training sessions or workshops to educate retail staff about the products and brand.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure alignment between marketing and sales objectives.
  • Work with the product development and procurement teams to ensure retail partners are stocked with the latest products and promotions.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in B2B retail marketing, preferably within the building materials, construction, or related industries.
  • Experience in developing and executing marketing strategies for retail or distributor networks.
  • Strong understanding of B2B marketing principles and strategies, especially within the retail environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with retail partners and internal teams..
  • Familiarity with the UAE market and retail landscape, particularly in the building materials or construction sector.
  • Knowledge of trade marketing, promotions, and POS materials.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
