Overall Role Purpose: The Retail Marketing Manager is responsible for driving the development and execution of marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility, customer engagement, and sales performance across boutique and pop-up retail formats. This role combines operational marketing execution with commercial accountability, including ownership of the brand P&L in Australia. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on marketer with strong retail instincts, commercial acumen, and the ability to collaborate across functions and with brand partners. Key Roles & Responsibilities: Commercial & Campaign Planning Lead and drive annual and quarterly commercial planning process, ensuring marketing activities are aligned with sales targets and brand priorities. Lead the planning and execution of four major retail campaigns per year, from concept to implementation, including budget management, timelines, and performance analysis. Retail Activation & Communication Serve as the primary liaison for boutiques and pop-ups, ensuring timely communication of campaign details and marketing initiatives. Partner with Visual Merchandising teams to ensure in-store presentation aligns with campaign objectives and enhances customer experience. Develop and implement Local Area Marketing (LAM) initiatives to drive foot traffic and community engagement Brand & Ecommerce Management Localize global marketing calendars for the Australian market across online and offline channels. Collaborate with ecommerce (LEAP) teams on assortment strategy, promotions, and digital campaigns. Engage with brand partners to align on new launches, assortment planning, and store incentives. Performance & Reporting Track and report on campaign performance, sales impact, and marketing ROI to HQ and brand partners. Review store staff incentives and performance against targets. Operational Support Liaise with contractors, malls, and brand teams on boutique and pop-up setup and design. Inventory Management - Partner with supply chain and demand planning teams to manage inventory and stock ordering. After Sales Service & Customer Management - Coordinate after-sales repair services with local vendors in line with brand standards. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field 3+ years of experience in retail marketing preferably within premium or luxury lifestyle brands Strong commercial awareness and ability to link marketing activity to business outcomes. Proven experience managing campaigns end-to-end in a retail or luxury environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Experience in visual merchandising and/or local area marketing is highly desirable.
