RETAIL MARKETING MANAGER

We’re seeking a Retail Marketing Manager to lead the planning and execution of retail, brand and campaign marketing activity. This role is pivotal in driving brand visibility, customer engagement, and sales through integrated campaigns across retail, digital and traditional channels.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • 4+ years’ experience in retail marketing, brand or campaign management.
  • Proven ability to manage in-store activations, VM assets, and campaign rollouts.
  • Experience in influencer marketing
  • Background in content production and pre production highly regarded
  • Strong creative briefing, project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment with excellent attention to detail.
  • Prior experience working in the retail landscape
Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver seasonal campaigns across print, POS, PR, and digital.
  • Manage in-store activations, promotional activity, and local area marketing to support sales.
  • Own the marketing calendar, ensuring alignment with retail, brand and eCommerce teams.
  • Oversee production and distribution of visual merchandising and campaign assets (windows, signage, packaging).
  • Build and manage brand partnerships, retail collaborations, and influencer/ambassador programs.
  • Plan and deliver influencer-led activations and retail events to grow brand awareness and traffic.
  • Oversee photo studio output including campaign shoots, eCommerce photography and content delivery.
  • Manage creative briefs and rollouts with designers, ensuring high-quality brand collateral across all channels.
  • Collaborate with store teams, centre marketing, and external agencies to execute campaigns on time and on budget.
  • Track and report on campaign performance, influencer ROI, and competitor activity to inform future strategy.
