SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE

The Retail Marketing and Social Media Specialist is a point person for implementing Green Country Habitat?s retail marketing, communications, and community relations plans. This role is responsible for tracking and reporting the effectiveness of retail marketing efforts.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Works with the Exterior Affairs Director to develop and implement integrated marketing plans marketing for all Retail Operations.
• Leads Retail Operations in managing and maintaining all ReStores and Restore Rack social media pages.
• Manages social media presence and implements strategic social media standards and campaigns.
• Leads new Restore employees to standard social media training and guidelines.
• Photographs and creates written content for all GCHFH publications, collateral, digital properties, and advertising for all retail stores.
• Serves as the primary content creator and disseminates public information for campaigns to all retail store locations.
• Maintains local media database and fosters positive relationships within store location communities.
• Identifies opportunities for Restore external events and community relations events.
• Reviews Google account and GCHFH website content with needed updates related to retail communications.
• Works closely with Creative Services Specialist and outside contractors to oversee Restore printed signage, collateral display materials, and the production of digital properties.
• Works with the Development Department to create content and messaging for campaigns throughout all Restore platforms.
