Job Description About the role: This is your opportunity to lead one of the most strategic transformations in our Retail Media business. You will scale our Retail Media offering across DACH, grow and develop partnerships with suppliers, marketplace sellers, and agencies; and lead a Sales & KAM team through the shift from trade funds to data-driven, measurable impact. You’ll bridge the existing business with the Retail Media future and turn pilots into scalable playbooks. Qualifications About your tasks: Own revenue and pipeline for DACH incl. forecasting, tiering, deal reviews, QBRs Build and scale our GTM playbook (bundles, pricing, use cases) for the DACH region Lead and coach a high-performing Sales & KAM team with a focus on capability building and enablement (consultative selling, negotiations, storytelling, objection handling) Drive and steer strategic annual negotiations with partners and take ownership of executive sponsorships Collaborate closely and cross-functionally with Ad Tech, Campaign Management, Data/BI, Procurement, Category & Country Management Ensure strong governance and offer discipline with flawless CRM documentation Develop the Marketplace Seller new-business segment, including ICP, outbound plays, offer logic and enablement Build and manage our Agency Partner Program with rate cards, partner tiers, training, co-selling and joint use cases About you: 5–8+ years in commercial leadership and/or Key Account Management across FMCG, OTC, agencies, or retail media. Deep knowledge of trade marketing and retail media KPIs, you can bridge old and new models. Proven revenue ownership, negotiation strength, and CRM proficiency (Salesforce a plus). Fluent German (C1+) and English. Hybrid working-friendly mindset, regular presence in Cologne and with partners and sellers across DACH (20–30% travel).
