Responsibilities What you'll be doing: Lead a dedicated retail media team, delivering high-quality strategy, planning and execution for a major new client Take ownership of full-funnel retail media campaigns, driving measurable growth and tangible business outcomes Build strong, trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders, becoming a key partner and advisor Identify and unlock new opportunities for innovation across tools, formats and activation approaches Develop and support a high-performing team, providing clear direction, coaching and development Champion retail media within broader media planning, ensuring it is fully integrated across channels Contribute to business growth through client expansion opportunities and new business support Qualifications Skills we're looking for: Experience delivering retail media campaigns at scale within an agency or client-side environment Confidence leading teams or a clear ambition to step into a leadership role with support Proven ability to drive growth and performance through retail media strategies Strong understanding of commerce and how retail media fits within a full-funnel approach Collaborative mindset, able to work effectively across teams and stakeholder groups Clear and engaging communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex ideas Curiosity and motivation to stay close to industry developments and continuously improve ways of working Additional Information Zenith UK offers a wide range of benefits to support our employees.
