Responsibilities

ALL ABOUT THE ROLE

The Brand Partnerships Manager will be responsible for driving the growth and success of our Retail Media business across our german market. This role will lead the development and execution of strategic advertiser, ensuring maximum value from our high-intent consumer base. You will own media strategy, commercial negotiations, and client success, helping FMCG brands and other partners unlock performance across our platform. This position requires a commercially driven thinker with a deep understanding of (digital) media, strong stakeholder management skills, and a passion for building innovative, data-led marketing solutions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Build and lead strategic partnerships with FMCG brands and key advertisers to grow retail media investments
  • Lead and take full ownership — with a hands-on mindset, high initiative, and strong sense of responsibility — of expanding our screen network in Germany.
  • Develop data-driven media strategies and annual plans that align with partner objectives and deliver clear business results
  • Drive revenue growth through proactive upselling and identifying new commercial opportunities within our media offering
  • Act as a Retail Media ambassador, educating partners on the value of our audience, performance insights, and full-funnel solutions
  • Negotiate contracts and commercial terms, manage senior stakeholder relationships, and align partnership goals with internal teams
  • Shape and oversee creative campaign concepts and implementation, ensuring marketing activations are innovative, on-brand, and effectively engage target audiences
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with campaign managers and analytics teams to ensure flawless execution and optimization
  • Track and analyse performance, identifying ways to scale what works and improve where needed
