In your role as Retail Media Manager (m/f/d) you will be responsible for the retail media portfolio of Flink. Your goal is to support the team by leveraging this new revenue stream, strengthen the relationships with brands and agencies to give them the opportunity to advertise their products on Flink channels and beyond.
Job Description

QUALIFICATIONS

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in digital advertising, media sales, e-commerce or a related field.
  • A solid understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem. Experience at a publisher, ad tech company or in media sales is a significant advantage.
  • A business-oriented mindset with an ability to understand brand objectives and translate them into advertising solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Product, Data).
  • Comfortable working with data to analyze performance, identify trends, and make informed recommendations. Proficiency in GSHEET/Excel is required.
  • A self-starter who is excited about the opportunity to build and shape a new business unit within a growing retail organization.
  • Working proficiency (C1) in both English and German
