Description

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED (MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS):

  • University-level degree in Business or a comparable field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in (trade) marketing or related fields.
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in the planning, development, and execution of digital direct-to-consumer media campaigns (either agency or client-side), including CRM.
  • Fluent English and Dutch.
  • Certifications or hands-on experience in GD360, Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager.

WHAT WILL GIVE YOU A COMPETITIVE EDGE (PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS):

  • Experience in the FMCG sector preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and leading high-performing digital programs.
  • Proven ability to oversee agencies and external partners.
  • Proven expertise in Programmatic Media Buying; experience in retail media advertising and CRM is preferred.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Effective team player with a collaborative mindset, especially in cross-functional environments.
  • Demonstrated project management skills and the ability to lead without formal authority.
  • Customer focus and a strong sense of ownership.
  • Excellent organizational abilities with the capacity to prioritize and manage multiple tasks or projects.
