Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As Sales & Key Account Manager – Marketplace & Agencies, you will be responsible for developing and growing our new customer segment—marketplace sellers—by offering them our cutting-edge Retail Media solutions. Additionally, you will build and strengthen relationships with agencies to drive both data-driven advertising partnerships and holistic media campaigns. Reporting directly to the Associate Director Retail Media Italy, you will be an integral part of the Italian Retail Media team. Your role is pivotal in shaping our go-to-market strategy for these segments and achieving our ambitious revenue goals.
You can work remote but we would like to meet you in the office in Settala 3x per week.
Job Description

ABOUT YOUR TASKS:

  • Sales & Business Development: Identify, acquire, and manage marketplace sellers as new Retail Media clients, driving advertising revenue.
  • Key Account Management: Establish and nurture long-term relationships with key marketplace sellers and agencies to maximize their investment in our Retail Media solutions.
  • Agency Partnership Growth: Develop and execute a strategy to engage media agencies, positioning Redcare Pharmacy as a key partner for data-driven advertising solutions and full-funnel media campaigns.
  • Strategic Advisory: Consult clients on Retail Media opportunities, providing data-driven insights and best practices to optimize their advertising performance.
  • Revenue & Performance Optimization: Drive sales performance by developing tailored proposals, negotiating contracts, and managing campaign success.
  • Market Insights & Innovation: Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to continuously enhance our Retail Media offerings.
