If You have: Previous experience in B2C or B2B sales (experience in media sales & media account management will be considered an advantage) Strong relationship building skills and the ability to influence and negotiate with advertisers and agencies Solid project management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple campaigns and stakeholders at the same time while consistently meeting deadlines Demonstrated ability to work independently and take initiative to achieve defined targets Very good Lithuanian and English language skills We will entrust You: Selling Rimi’s retail media solutions to brands and media agencies Identifying new revenue opportunities and converting potential clients into long-term partners Acting as the main point of contact between the Rimi advertising network, brands, advertisers, and media agencies—both daily and throughout campaigns Developing the Rimi advertising platform by recommending, implementing, and testing new solutions Compensation: Salary: 2750–3000 EUR gross per month, depending on candidate’s experience, competencies, and skills. Responsibilities

The Retail Media Sales Specialist will sell Rimi’s retail media solutions to brands and media agencies while identifying new revenue opportunities. They will act as the main point of contact between the Rimi advertising network and clients throughout campaigns.
