POSITION SUMMARY:

• The Junior Merchandise Coordinator will support the visual presentation and organization of the sales floor. Key responsibilities include:
• Executing merchandise placement according to planograms

• Ensuring merchandise is properly sized, stocked, and replenished on the floor

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• 1+ years of merchandising experience with apparel, and/or accessories, footwear, and homeware.
• Ability to provide clear communication effectively and professionally, both verbally and in written reports
• Technology: A smartphone is required for reporting, with iOS users needing iPhone 6+ with iOS 12.0+ and Android users needing devices with Android OS 9.0+.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and be mobile for the entire duration of work shift

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Collaborate with store leadership and teammates to develop visual merchandising strategies, and goals to be executed during each visit
• Foster partnership with Store Management to create a positive working relationship and achieve project goals
• Executing merchandising strategies in a manner that is least disruptive to the store and protects the customer experience
• Understands the need for ownership and possesses a sense of urgency
• Provide timely completion of daily Store Visit Report and photo requirements, clearly and effectively communicating daily accomplishments
