We are seeking an experienced Merchandiser to ensure our brands are consistently well-presented, fully stocked, and compliant with brand standards across Singapore’s retail landscape. This role is at the heart of how consumers experience our products in-store—making sure every shelf, display, and promotion reflects the quality and story of the brand.
This is a field-based, hands-on role, where you will manage multiple stores across Singapore, working closely with store staff and internal teams to execute merchandising plans, implement promotions, and maintain strong stock visibility. You will play a key part in maximizing brand presence and sales performance on the shop floor, ensuring our products stand out in a competitive retail environment.

Responsibilities
  • Manage merchandising for up to 40 stores across Singapore.
  • Conduct regular store visits to ensure planogram compliance, correct display setups, POS materials, testers, and discount cards are properly in place.
  • Monitor stock levels in each store and coordinate with store staff to prevent out-of-stock situations.
  • Ensure proper inventory control and FIFO (First In, First Out) stock rotation on shelves.
  • Report on shelf conditions, competitor activity, and promotion compliance with photo evidence and store visit reports.
  • Build strong working relationships with store managers, supervisors, and sales staff to ensure smooth merchandising execution.
  • Support the execution of promotional campaigns and new product launches in-store.
