Description

Polar Beverages is looking to hire Merchandisers throughout the Berkshires / Western Mass territory. Full Time, Part Time & Seasonal positions available. * Polar highly encourages internal growth, and will make sure that you can grow with us! * Bonus Potential, Incentives and Mileage Reimbursement – up to $6,500/yr * Benefits include; Medical, Dental, 401k, Disability & Company Paid Life Insurance. * Personal, Vacation & Paid Holidays, Health and Wellness benefits Responsibilities: • Determine customer needs and products • Display setup using current point of sale • Maintain established shelf sets • Assist Account Rep in assigned territory • Follow directions for setting up and cleaning store shelves. • Back room cleanliness of store • Product rotation in the stores. • Must work safely within the workplace. • Other duties as assigned Minimum Requirements: • Good communication skills • Dependable car and good driving record • Valid driver’s license • Willing to work weekends • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include determining customer needs, setting up product displays using point of sale materials, and maintaining established shelf sets according to directions. The role also requires assisting the Account Representative, ensuring back room cleanliness, and rotating products within assigned stores.
