JOB SUMMARY:

A Retail Merchandiser works with one or many of our client’s accounts/products and develops strong relationships with the store manager. Merchandisers will replenish all stock brought out from stockrooms and will follow a planogram to ensure product is placed accurately. This makes the difference in developing an increase in sales and revenue for our client. We are seeking individuals who are detail oriented, follow instructions/directives well, have a strong work ethic and time management skills a must.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Read and use a planogram in conjunction with project requirements
  • Be able to expedite stock to the selling floor to increase our sales goals
  • Communicate and build relationships with all levels of management.
  • Friendly, Outgoing and Energetic
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently
  • Online reporting and uploading clear and required photos
  • Smartphone or device is required
  • Daily access to email to be able to read incoming correspondence with high - speed internet
  • Prior Department Store/Specialty Store experience preferred
  • Flexible with hours and locations within a territory
  • Ability to lift at least 25 pounds and stand on feet
  • Some accounts may require selling experience to promote the brand and generate sales on the floor.
