Who are we looking for? Are you ready to shape the future of retail networks? Join MOL Group as a Retail Network Development Manager and lead the transformation of our service station network into a modern, customer-focused ecosystem. The goal is to create a multi-purpose station network with defined store formats tailored to customer needs. We are looking for a candidate to join Slovnaft, part of MOL Group, in this key strategic role. What would you be responsible for? Implement and monitor the operating model for Network Development across MOL markets. Define vision, strategy, and standardized processes for network development. Align processes with current and future IT solutions to maximize efficiency. Manage CAPEX and maintenance OPEX budgets, ensuring effective planning and delivery. Prepare and review master plans for network development, identifying growth areas. Drive sustainable growth through innovation and data-driven decision-making. Collaborate with Offer Management and Sales & Operations during station construction and reconstruction. Develop team competencies, provide feedback, and foster a customer-focused culture. Actively cooperate with the Group Network Development team and share best practices. What do we expect? University degree in Economics and/or Engineering. 5+ years in leadership roles within a multinational environment and 5–10 years in network development (investment/real estate). Entrepreneurial mindset, P&L management and ability to challenge obstacles effectively. Excellent communication and negotiation skills Strategic thinking, leadership, financial acumen, and strong analytical capabilities. Data-driven, commercially focused and capable of managing complex projects. Fluent in English; knowledge of another CEE language is an advantage. Driving license and willingness to travel.
