We’re searching for a highly motivated and experienced Retail Network Development Project Manager to join our team in the Bucharest Office and help shape the future of our retail network. As a Retail ND Project Manager, you will be responsible for the following: Identify and develop new business opportunities in the local retail environment and propose new development projects for service stations, coffee and gastro shops; Prepare and manage project feasibility analysis Negotiate and participate in real estate acquisitions, leases and renewals, and follow guidelines and company-approved processes involving functional supports where applicable Manage project development process up to Building Permit, involving all the internal and external relevant stakeholders Complete, record and maintain real estate documentations Support and prepare the required documentation for real estate assets bidding or tendering process Assess and advise line manager of trends in the local market covering retail new concepts and demand, demographics, infrastructure changes Yearly preparation of Post Investment Reviews and implement learnings from the past projects To be successful in the role, you should have: University degree Minimum of 3 years in a similar role, particularly in retail networks development Ability to build relationship with external stakeholders (authorities, contractors, developers) Retail Network Segmentation knowledge; Site Design and Optimization Strong communication and negotiation skills Microsoft Office package knowledge, driving license What is in it for you?
