Description
Responsibilities
  • Work in conjunction with our cross functional and Sales teams to develop and rollout efficient operational processes to our brands.
  • Train and support Retailers and their teams in executing our operational processes to the highest standard.
  • The role involves working closely with Retailers in several areas such as:
  • Documentation/review of existing core processes at store level
  • Development of new processes that make store operations more efficient
  • Rollout of new processes already developed within Musgrave but have yet to achieve cut through at store level
  • Develop and Implement a consistent way of working across each brand
  • Develop and use reporting tools that capture input and output through clear and measurable KPI’s
  • Through new process optimisation, drive efficiency as part of Centra and SuperValu Next Gen projects
