Most importantly, we prioritize our team members first, who in turn pass it along to our customers in guiding them to have a better quality of life.   Position Overview: As our Retail Operations Coordinator, you will be the primary engine behind getting Balance of Nature products secured and coordinated across various retail channels. This is not a storefront position. You will be responsible for the "back-end" of retail success: managing distributor relationships (UNFI/KeHE), optimizing inventory flow, and designing the SOPs that allow our retail presence to scale as fast as our ambition.   What You’ll Do: * Build and refine the internal systems and SOPs required to support a rapidly scaling retail presence. * Act as the primary point of coordination for major distributors (KeHE, UNFI) to ensure seamless product flow and retail execution. * Utilize Excel and data analysis to forecast inventory needs, preventing stockouts while optimizing turnover. * Work between sales, supply chain, and warehouse teams to ensure product availability and POS accuracy. * Implement and manage reporting and retail tracking. * Executing merchandising and display deployment What you must bring: * 2–5 years in retail operations, supply chain, or consumer packaged goods (CPG). *  Previous experience with ERP and POS systems is essential. * Advanced Excel skills and a high level of comfort with data analysis. * Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth, or scaling environments where you were required to build processes from scratch. * Exceptional ability to coordinate across departments and manage external vendor relationships. * Proficiency with Google Workspace What we prefer you bring: * Grit and resilience. * Ownership mentality * Direct experience with KeHE or UNFI distribution networks. * Deep understanding of retail execution and merchandising strategies. * Strong background in inventory and demand planning. * Strong communication skills Why you’ll love working with us: * 401(k) with a 6% employer match * 9 paid holidays with additional accrued paid time off * Maternity and paternity leave * Dental and vision insurance * Health Savings Account (HSA) * Health Share Program * Minimum Essential Coverage * Two paid service days per year * Complimentary monthly supply of Balance of Nature supplements * In-office chiropractic care and massage therapy * Access to a gym and personal trainers in St. George, Utah Pay: Salary, $54,000 + a potential $2,000 quarterly bonus Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Job Type: Full-Time, In-Office Work Location: St. George, Utah Thank you for your interest in working with Balance of Nature!
