Description
Retail Operations Coordinator General Description:  The Retail Operations Coordinator will manage inventory, receiving, product distribution and directing of staff.  RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to:  * Demonstrates our One Team philosophy of Passion, Accountability, Customer Focus, and Teamwork.  * Receiving of all incoming products, both physically and through the retail system  * Distribution of new & reordered products to all retail locations, including applicable paperwork  * Replenishment of product to all retail locations utilizing system reporting   * Completion of all applicable paperwork for replenishments, transfers, adjustments & receiving  * Organization and maintenance of warehouse  * Responsible for hiring and training of warehouse employees  * Complete retail location set ups for all home games.  * Assists in maintenance of all POS registers  * Assists in developing marketing ideas for the Team Shop and retail stands for games and online  * Participates in development of pop-up shop opportunities as requested, in some instances taking the lead on the project  * Carries out supervisory responsibilities for assigned staff in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing issues and solving problems and regularly communicating with staff.  * Other applicable duties as assigned  MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:  * 1-3 years’ experience   * BS/BA degree preferred   * Knowledge of Inventory & POS Systems  * Experience with warehousing in a retail sales environment   * Experience managing staff and creating a team-oriented environment   * Must demonstrate initiative and creativity   * Must have ability and willingness to work long days, evenings, and weekends   * Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.  * Good interpersonal skills including verbal and written communication.  PHYSICAL & MENTAL REQUIREMENTS:  * While performing the duties of the job, the employee is regularly required to stand, sit, walk, use handle, or feel, reach, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, talk and hear.  * The vision requirement includes close vision and ability to adjust focus.   * The nature of position requires physical mobility and the ability to lift at least 20 pounds.  * Must be able to adjust to changing work hours and locations as needed.
