Job Description Day-to-day Retail Operations Support 1) Coordinate inventory and stock management documentation 2) Assist with vendor communication and store supplies ordering specific to the UK/FR Store Opening Administrative Support 1) Assist in all essential documents for store permits, insurance, compliance etc 2) Coordinate deliveries and setup support for POS systems, fixtures, and tech accessories Visual Merchandising Strategy & Execution 1) Assist in creating monthly visual merchandising plans tailored to the UK/FR market, including seasonal themes and local campaigns 2) Assist in implementing VM updates across the store, ensuring compliance with brand guidelines 3) Localise VM materials (signage, pricing tags, etc.) and ensure accuracy Retail-Global Communication 1) Act as a key communication link between the Global Retail team and the local UK/FR store team 2) Translate global updates into clear, actionable briefs for local staff 3) Track in-store marketing asset placement (POP materials, digital screens, etc.) Creative & Design Support 1) Know-how on Canva or similar tools to create visually engaging retail communication materials 2) Localise global design templates for the UK/FR market, ensuring alignment with brand toe and compliance Requirement Currently studying or recently graduated in Retail Management, Marketing, Visual Merchandising, or a related field Strong organisational and time-management skills with attention to detail Confident communicator with the ability to liaise across global and local teams Comfortable using Google Workspace and Canva; bonus if familiar with any project management tools (e.g., Trello, Notion) Interest in tech, design, and retail trends Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple deadline
Responsibilities
The intern will provide operational and administrative support for store openings in the UK and France, focusing on inventory, permits, and POS setup. They will also execute visual merchandising strategies and act as a communication link between global and local teams.
