One Bite Technology (St. Albert) is a small, locally owned, consumer driven electronics repair shop. Think computers, phones, tablets, and other home electronics. We also perform occasional remote and on-site service for consumers and businesses.
Being tech savvy is an asset, but basic technical knowledge (and comfort using technology) is simply required to operating our systems.

SUMMARY

As the Retail Operations Lead, you are ultimately responsible for the front-facing customer experience. Triaging and booking repairs and appointments, selling retail products and meeting sales targets, training and supervising CSRs, and ensuring this experience is consistent for our customers.

Key Priorities:

  • Opening and closing retail store.
  • Performing Cash in/out.
  • Assisting & Triaging customers:
  • Booking in Repair Tickets and Tech Support appointments
  • Selling retail product and processing customer device trade-ins
  • Organizing Morning Meetings with the Service Lead to update staff on new products, trends, reporting results, new or updated SOPs, or any other relevant information needing to be shared with the team.
  • Maintaining the showroom cleanliness, design/layout, signage, product placement, etc.
  • Building POs for retail product needing to be restocked.
  • Ensure that devices for sale on the showroom floor are updated with labels, proper information, and prices.
  • Performing regular inventory and cycle counts of retail product.
  • Analyzing Sales Trends, excess inventory, and producing Store Sales or Clearance on product based on findings.
  • Processing RMAs on any defective retail product.
  • Manage in store video and social media templates
  • Send out regular (weekly/monthly) Newsletters

Pay: $17.00-$20.00 per hour
