Ann-Louise is a leading Canadian retail jewellery chain with 15 locations across British Columbia and Alberta. Established in 1983, we specialize in fine diamond and gold jewellery, as well as world renowned brands such as Pandora, Swarovski, Longines, and Tissot.
We are looking to add an additional member to our tight-knit senior management team. Reporting directly to the President, you will learn about all aspects of our business and play a critical role in many of our behind-the-scenes projects. With a special focus on Talent Acquisition and team building, your contribution will help solidify our leading position within the jewellery retail market and create the infrastructure necessary for future growth.
As a key decision maker, your critical thinking and problem-solving abilities will help drive the company forward. No two days will be alike for the successful candidate.

This position is suited to the existing retail store manager who is looking for upward movement in their career, or a retail leader looking for a new environment.
More specifically, the duties would include, but are not limited to:

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Previous experience in retail management. This role would be ideal for someone with a retail store management background. Your familiarity with the nuances of retail will be instrumental in navigating our dynamic environment.
  • Experience with staff recruitment. We’re looking for someone with a keen eye for spotting talent and fostering a team of exceptional individuals.
  • Experience with training and developing a retail sales team.
  • Naturally curious. An ideal candidate would be interested to learn about all aspects of our business as opportunities arise.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential, with a focus on Outlook, Word, and Excel. Your ability to navigate these platforms with ease will streamline our operations and enhance productivity across the board.
  • Must be legally eligible to work in Canada full-time
