OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations, including sales, customer service, staff management, and inventory control. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management and possess excellent leadership and organizational skills.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience as a Store Manager or in a similar retail management role
• Strong knowledge of customer service principles and practices
• Proficient in retail math and sales analysis
• Excellent training and development skills
• Ability to conduct interviews and make hiring decisions
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
• Strong administrative skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Must stand/walk for long periods of times
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 40 lbs.
• Must be able to lift 20 lbs. over your head.

• Manage day-to-day store operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning
• Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and achieve store targets
• Provide exceptional guest service and resolve any guest issues or complaints
• Train, coach, and motivate store staff to deliver excellent performance
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team
• Create work schedules and assign tasks to ensure optimal staffing levels
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to maintain stock availability
• Implement loss prevention measures to minimize theft and maximize profitability
• Oversee merchandising efforts to ensure attractive product displays
