BRAND STANDARDS & EXPERIENCE

  • Ensure all stores consistently reflect brand standards across visual merchandising, service, and store environment.
  • Support the adoption of CRM and clienteling strategies that deepen customer relationships and loyalty.
  • Enable teams to deliver a seamless and elevated in-store experience by removing operational blockers.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • 5-7 years proven experience in a retail operations or multi-site management role, ideally within a luxury brand.
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
  • Experience implementing and refining retail processes and systems.
  • Ability to analyse performance data and identify actionable improvements.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working cross-functionally.
  • Comfortable balancing strategic planning with hands-on day-to-day execution.
  • Ability to travel regularly between London-based stores.
  • Experience in omnichannel or digitally integrated retail environments.
  • Familiarity with tools for retail reporting, team scheduling, and performance tracking.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are looking for a highly organised and commercially minded Retail Operations Manager to drive operational excellence, improve store efficiency, and support continued business growth across our London store network. This newly created role will support store teams in achieving sales targets, upholding brand standards, and enhancing performance through clear processes and strong leadership.
Working closely with the store manager, this role will provide the structure, tools, and support needed to enable teams to focus fully on delivering an exceptional customer experience. From stock and systems to compliance and training, the Retail Operations Manager will be accountable for ensuring that everything behind the scenes enables front-of-house excellence.
