• Managing strategies for retail performance, margins and customer retention
• Overseeing store operations, inventory control and compliance with policies and procedures
• Lead, train, and develop team members across sales and customer service
• Oversee premium visual merchandising and store presentation
• Oversee budgets, conduct store audits, and enforce loss prevention strategies
• Organise and deliver events, including product launches and exclusive client experiences
• Evaluate sales performance and operational KPIs to generate actionable business insights

REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree in Business, Retail Management, Finance or related fields
• Min 5 years experience in retail operations
• Experience in Luxury/Precious Metals is an advantage
• Working Location: HQ in Teban, Managing outlets around Singapore
• Working Hours: Mon - Fri (8am - 5pm)
• Salary: Up to $6000
• Able to start work immediate or on short notice
