Creative IT is a locally-owned, growing business known for high-quality refurbished tech, expert repairs, and excellent customer service. With a strong reputation in Mullingar and a rapidly expanding eCommerce and IT services division, we’re now looking for an experienced Shop Manager to lead our retail and repair store operations and drive the next phase of our growth.

THE ROLE

As Shop Manager, you’ll be the face of the business on the ground — overseeing day-to-day operations, leading a small team, and ensuring exceptional customer experience. You’ll work closely with the company owner and the wider remote team (marketing, web, etc.) to ensure the shop runs smoothly and efficiently.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage daily retail operations (sales, repairs intake, stock control)
• Lead, coach, and support the in-store team (sales & technicians)
• Handle customer issues and escalate as needed
• Ensure the shop is clean, well-stocked, and visually appealing
• Work with head office to meet monthly sales & repair targets
• Oversee the daily use of internal systems like RepairShopr and POS
• Provide weekly reports on performance and challenges
• Contribute to ideas for local marketing and promotions
