ERDEM is seeking an experienced and highly organised Retail Operations Manager to take ownership of the day-to-day operational management and performance of our growing retail business.

This is a hands-on, fast-paced role requiring a strong understanding of luxury retail, store operations, stock management and client development, combined with excellent project management and commercial skills.

The Retail Operations Manager will ensure that ERDEM stores operate efficiently, consistently and to the highest luxury standards, while maintaining a clear focus on driving sales, achieving KPIs and delivering an exceptional client experience.

As ERDEM continues to expand its direct-to-consumer business, the role will also play a central part in new store openings and retail projects, working closely with senior leadership and teams across the business.
