Process Contributions: Sales: Sales planning: Business plan formulation: Strategy Formulation for BP and 3 years ahead Driving Retail Growth, Business through planned LTL and New Stores Create excitement and interest with relevant rewards, recognitions and other programs through constant communication and schemes Driving Club wise strategy- device approach on Club 75, Newbies and Struggling stores Working with Merchandising team for making impactful launches through, premium, non-premium and price gaps in each category Placing buys for the channel with Accessories and Eyecare division alongside Merch teams Sales: Retail operations: SOP management: Lead and Review SOPs, Audits, Compliances- commercial and process in the Channel Lead and Review the Customer Satisfaction at stores and the service delivered. Sales: Retail operations: Franchisee engagement: Strategizing Franchisee Engagement for feedbacks, growth and driving business Category overhaul, best practices sharing and generating visibility and interest in the business. Sales: Retail operations: Incentive management: Ensure the Incentive schemes are in sync with other channels and revenue payout expectation. Moderate the payout cap and maximize the reach of incentives while making the model work for performers. Sales: Retail operations: Training and development: Strategize Training plan for the Channel QoQ Feedback sessions with Trainers and ABMs on going above and beyond MoM basis priorities Sales: Retail operations: Scheme management: Scheme execution planning- end to end- VM, Merch presence, GWPs reach, training of scheme, Letter dissemination, revised goal setting and quick turnaround of last mile understanding Sales: Retail operations: Employee engagement: Keeping the teams ready for making Fastrack exciting and invested through cascades, spotlights and recognition Product Engagement- Brand Teams: Gearing up for the new launches, VM kits, Glazing's, training, merch and building excitement in the channel2 Reviewing feedback on launch collection performance, feedback, challenges and high sell thru ranges to feed in back the Product team Retail Marketing: Analyzing buyer shares MoM and sharing actionable with Retail marketing at city level, store level and channel well for capturing increased market share Amplifying and building excitement for Marketing initiatives in tandem with cascades, availability and collaboration Mandating operational improvisation on tele calling and dormant programs through the teams.
