We are looking for an experienced Retail Operations Manager for our DACH business launch. If you can manage and optimize processes for orders, delivery planning and inventory management, we want you to work with us. You will communicate with logistics service providers, quickly resolve operational issues and collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align forecasts and delivery management.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and supervise daily operations in the areas of Retail Operations, EDI orders and deliveries.
  • Communicate with logistics service providers to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Build and maintain relationships with retail partners and dispatchers for smooth collaboration.
  • Book in the ERP system and ensure accurate inventory management.
  • Plan and control logistics and production processes, create forecasts and support inventories.
  • Continuously improve productivity and enhance customer service (customers = retail companies).
  • Take quick and solution-oriented action in the case of problems or complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Manage documents and verify invoices, as well as monitor and systematically analyze relevant KPIs.
  • Collaborate closely with production, marketing, and sales teams to optimize forecasts, inventory and delivery management.
