Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Retail Operations Manager (Pop-Up & Retail Experience) with a strong background in retail management (at least 5 years) and fluency in both English and Chinese. This is a pivotal role that will drive sales performance and manage the full spectrum of retail operations. Job Description

What You Will Achieve:

• Lead operational team establishment and oversee all store-related activities, including coordinating site selection, renovation, and timely store openings.
• Formulate and implement sales targets while taking full responsibility for achieving revenue goals, controlling operational costs, managing mall discounts, and maximizing profitability.
• Provide strategic direction to enhance store operations, quality, and overall efficiency.
• Analyze operational data to identify growth opportunities, troubleshoot challenges, and make data-driven decisions.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and execute regional marketing plans and promotional campaigns.
• Oversee daily store operations, managing, guiding, training, and evaluating the performance of team members.

What You Will Need:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in large-scale chain operations.
• Proven track record in brand-side operations management, ideally with a history of handling annual sales exceeding USD 10 million.
• Strong hands-on operational experience combined with a strategic, systems-oriented approach to business management.
• Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data to drive actionable insights.
• Demonstrated leadership in team management, risk control, and talent development.
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese is a strong plus.
