The Stitchery is a premium tailoring and clothing unit in Abu Dhabi, known for exceptional quality, service, and style. We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Retail Operations Manager to oversee our retail outlets and drive business growth.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience in retail management / operations & business development.
  • Strong knowledge of basic accounting & P&L preparation.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Valid UAE driving license and own car (mandatory).
  • Ability to take initiative, solve problems, and achieve targets.
Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee daily operations of all retail outlets.
  • Monitor and analyze daily sales & expenses.
  • Prepare and present accurate monthly Profit & Loss (P&L) statements.
  • Identify operational gaps and implement solutions.
  • Handle customer complaints and ensure excellent service quality.
  • Supervise employees, track performance, and improve efficiency.
  • Support business development initiatives to increase sales and profitability.
