Description
Location & Remote: Candidates based in Hong Kong are welcome to apply; we offer remote work flexibility for this position. Key Responsibilities: 1. Strategic Goal Implementation Annual Target Management: Responsible for setting and deconstructing annual sales targets for the direct-retail module; lead the development of sales strategies, profit assessments, and labor efficiency optimization plans. Model Design: Design differentiated store operating models based on brand positioning. 2. Fine-grained Store Operations Daily Management: Oversee daily operations of existing stores. Skilled in identifying consumer pain points within specific shopping scenarios and designing high-conversion visual merchandising and promotional mixes. O2O Integration: Effectively convert online traffic into offline store assets and customer loyalty. Seasonal Marketing: Develop marketing schemes for peak seasons (e.g., festival-limited sets, duty-free policy scripts) based on store-specific consumer behavior to improve conversion rates. 3. Traffic Growth & User Operations Drive store footfall growth and implement CRM/user retention strategies to enhance customer lifetime value. 4. New Store Expansion & Synergy Standardization: Assist in the preparation for new standard store openings and the output of standardized Operating SOPs to ensure consistency in brand image and service quality. Cross-store Synergy: Optimize cross-store coordination mechanisms (e.g., inventory transfers, membership benefit integration) to maximize the "cluster effect" of regional stores. Requirements: Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree or above; 5+ years of experience in direct-retail operations, including at least 3 years in multi-store management. Industry Preference: Prior experience with renowned footwear or apparel brands (e.g., global fashion/lifestyle labels) is highly preferred. Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in "1-to-N" standardized business replication; strong ability to drive performance and communicate brand values effectively. Data Proficiency: Expert in retail data analysis—specifically Labor Efficiency, Sales per Square Meter, ATV, and UPT. Tools: Proficiency in ERP, CRM, and BI tools is highly preferred.
