Position
As the Retail Operations Specialist, you will support the execution of key operational processes across our retail network in the Middle East and India. Reporting to the Senior Retail Operations Manager, you will assist in maintaining high operational standards, coordinating digital tool rollouts, and ensuring consistent store support. This is a collaborative and fast-paced role ideal for an organized, detail-oriented individual eager to grow within the luxury retail operations field.

Job responsibilities

  • Support the execution and monitoring of store operational processes and initiatives across the region.
  • Assist with new store openings, coordinating operational tasks with relevant departments.
  • Collaborate with Inventory Control and Internal Audit teams to improve store performance.
  • Provide first-level support for stores and Sales Administrators on operational tools and processes.
  • Help maintain the Retail Excellence Digital Hub by updating materials and content.
  • Monitor operational expenses and help manage procurement processes and vendor coordination.
  • Assist in collecting user feedback on tools and technologies and support the adoption process.
  • Prepare regular operational reports and contribute to analysis and process optimization.

Profile

  • 3-6 years of experience in retail operations, retail coordination, or back office in a retail environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving mindset and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Digital literacy (Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Office, and retail systems).
  • Team player with a desire to learn and grow.
