We are a busy, family-run retail paint shop serving both retail customers and professional tradespeople. We’re looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our team!

What You’ll Do:

• Assist walk-in customers and contractors with product selection and color matching
• Provide excellent customer service in a friendly, supportive environment
• Mix and tint paint with accuracy and attention to detail
• Receive and stock inventory; lift and carry paint cans (1 gallon to 5 gallons)
• Maintain a clean, organized store environment
• Learn about our products and services to better serve our clients
• Support daily operations and help the shop run smoothly

What We’re Looking For:

• A positive, can-do attitude and a genuine enjoyment of working with people
• Self-motivated and capable of managing tasks without constant supervision
• Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable with physical tasks, including lifting and moving paint containers
• A good eye for color and interest in design or home improvement
• Retail or paint experience is a plus, but not required – we’re happy to train the right person!

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
