Primary Responsibilities: * Customer Centric Experience: * * Supports a positive customer-centric experience by proactively acknowledging and engaging every customer. * Utilizes and understands the selling program to promote the sale of the best solution as well as additional products and/or services. * Maintains awareness of planned advertisements, promotions, and sales and loyalty programs. * Store Operations Commitment: * * Consistently maintains store and print department appearance to company guidelines and keeps a neat, clean, well-stocked environment. * Adheres to all standards related to signage labeling and merchandise presentation. * Follows the established sorting and stocking guidelines and completes freight processes. * Ensures freight sorting area is organized and setup in accordance with guidelines. * Scans, investigates, and fills inventory lows and outs daily. * Print and Tech Expertise: * * Works to continually develop personal selling skills and product knowledge through sales and service tools provided which includes successful completion, at minimum, of Tech, Print, and other applicable training. * Continued education in these areas is expected, up to and including designated certifications, if required. * Sales Techniques: * * Ensures compliance with company policies, procedures, and practices; and supports the company’s loss prevention efforts. * Performs other duties as assigned.
