Responsibilities

PURPOSE OF ROLE:

To proactively grow Holt JCB’s retail partssales by engaging with new and existing customers over the phone. The role willfocus on outbound calls, relationship building, and identifying salesopportunities to boost aftermarket performance and customer satisfaction. Promoting Campaigns and achieving salestargets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Make outbound sales callsto customers to promote and sell JCB parts, attachments and accessories.
  • Follow up on onlineleads, and customer parts requests.
  • Develop strong productknowledge to confidently advise customers and offer the right solutions.
  • Build and maintain strongrelationships with key retail customers, plant owners, and smaller operatorsacross the South West and South Wales.
  • Identify dormant orlapsed accounts and re-engage them through structured call campaigns.
  • Work closely with theParts and Service teams to align efforts and maximise upselling opportunities.
  • Accurately record allcustomer interactions, sales activity, and feedback in the CRM system.
  • Achieve individual salestargets and contribute to overall parts department growth.
  • Work with all customers to improve conversions and campaign engagement to achieve sales growth targets.
