Key Responsibilities
· Uphold Direct Chemist Outlet policies and procedures.
· Coordinate catalogue and in-store promotions.
· Manage staff and ensure communication between team members
· Provide excellent customer service assisting with enquiries.
· Maintain optimal stock control, ordering and minimal Gaps.
· Buy products at the best prices to ensure a good gross profit margin
· Ensure high-level presentation of the store and service areas.
