OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Experienced Pharmacy Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will support pharmacists in providing exceptional patient care and ensuring the efficient operation of the pharmacy. You will be responsible for assisting with medication administration, managing inventory, and facilitating communication between patients and healthcare professionals. EXPERIENCE

  • Min. 3 years Previous experience as a Pharmacy Assistant is required.
  • Familiarity with medical terminology is highly desirable
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team setting.
  • A commitment to providing high-quality patient care and maintaining confidentiality.
  • Experience with Kroll necessary.
  • 2 years experience in compounding is required.
  • Blister packing experience is required.

  • Assist pharmacists in preparing and dispensing medications accurately using Kroll.
  • Manage inventory by ordering, receiving, and stocking pharmaceutical supplies.

  • Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with medical terminology standards.
  • Support medication administration processes under the supervision of licensed pharmacists.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals in a hospital setting to enhance patient care.
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of the pharmacy workspace.
