We’re looking for a dynamic Retail & Product Development Manager who will not only lead day-to-day store operations but also play a key role in recipe innovation — creating new flavours, toppings, and seasonal specials that keep our menu exciting and unique.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in retail or fast food management (F&B/food service experience highly preferred).
  • Strong creativity and passion for food innovation — with an eye for flavour, presentation, and customer appeal.
  • Leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
  • Basic financial acumen (cash handling, budgeting, cost control).
  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Responsibilities
  • Lead product innovation: Develop and test new frozen yoghurt flavours, toppings, and limited-edition specials — from idea to customer-ready product.
  • Stay ahead of food trends and bring creative concepts that align with our brand and delight customers.
  • Manage daily store operations, ensuring excellent service and smooth running of the outlet.
  • Train, lead, and motivate staff to achieve performance, quality, and sales targets.
  • Oversee inventory, ordering, and stock control — ensuring supplies are ready for both operations and recipe trials.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards.
  • Monitor store performance (sales, customer feedback, KPIs) and implement strategies for growth.
  • Coordinate in-store promotions and marketing tied to new product launches.
  • Maintain a vibrant, welcoming shop environment that reflects our brand values.
